Hello! I am Kelley Millar – Head Go-Getter, Planner & Chaos Tamer at Events by KelleyNCo.
The cornerstone of my personality and business is collaboration, integrity and connection. Those three things drive me and keep me humble.
I’m a little sassy, very straight forward, authentic and look forward to helping you succeed.
I got started eight years ago with my business because the hotel I was working for as the Director of Sales sold and was closing. After decades in the hospitality industry, I decided it was time to forge my own path and do something I loved and had control over.
Kelley helped me plan all my events and I didn't have to worry about any element. She took care of every detail to create a smooth event.

Kelley helped me get clear on goals and desired outcomes. Focusing on strategy first made a huge difference.

During my tenure as President of the LPIPA Group, I had the pleasure of enlisting the Event Management services of Kelley Millar at KelleyNCo. Kelley managed two of our annual membership conferences that were held in March of 2016 and 2017. Her personal knowledge of the hotel business and social media skill set were instrumental in coordinating these two conferences, of which both events raised the bar on successful conferences that we delivered to the LPIPA membership. Coordinating an event with a large group of people is no small task, rather it would be easier to "herd cats". From inception, concepts, themes, logistics, creative work and event kickoff, all matters were made much easier by way of Kelley's event management talents.
